I’m Barbara, a mother of four (including twins) and a long-time business owner. I know first-hand the challenges of balancing motherhood, work, and life, and how overwhelming and exhausting it can be for women to manage it all.

My work is more than a career – it’s my vocation. I love helping women reclaim their energy, beauty, and inner calm through my holistic therapies and beauty treatments.

It’s my mission to guide women towards feeling nurtured, relaxed, and connected to their feminine energy once again.

My Mission

My mission is to provide a peaceful, nurturing sanctuary for women to recharge, reconnect with themselves, and return to their feminine energy.

I believe true wellbeing comes from harmony between the emotional, physical, and spiritual.

My work is centred around helping women release stress, regain their energy, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready to face the world again.

Longford Beauty Clinic, 1996–2007: Established and managed a thriving beauty clinic, providing a wide range of beauty and therapeutic services for over a decade.
Serenity, Frenchpark, 2010–2015: Founded and operated Serenity, a wellness-focused business offering beauty & holistic therapies.
Barbara Kelly Holistic Therapies, Ballinagare, 2015–Present: Currently running Barbara Kelly Holistic Therapies, where I specialise in providing personalised holistic and beauty treatments, helping clients feel relaxed and vibrant inside and outside.
